Who you’re dealing with

I’m Jeremy Parsons. Whilst training as a mechanical engineer, my technical curiosity pulled me head first into AI. I’ve spent the last two years building with AI agents and tuning how they work, and the speed it’s all moving at is incredible. I’ve been lost in the hype and the endless new tools myself, so I know the helpless feeling: you can tell AI could transform how your business runs, but the wall of tools and jargon is enough to put anyone off.

That’s why everything I build is simple enough for my granny to operate. I’m happy to explain how it all works underneath, but don’t tempt me: I’ll talk about it for hours.

I started with phone systems because telecoms is the world my family works in: I grew up around phone systems and know how they should run. And I could see what AI had just made possible: the kind of custom phone experience that used to take a whole team to build, and that only big companies with call centres could afford, is now within reach of a one-van firm. I’m based between London and East Sussex, working with trades anywhere in the UK.

This business is an engineer’s discipline pointed at your front office: build the system properly, test it until it doesn’t need babysitting, then stand behind it. Being early means two things for you: I’m not spread across fifty clients, and I’ve more to prove than anyone else you could hire.
