Privacy Policy

Last updated: 17 August 2026

This policy explains how Jeremy Parsons ("I", "me", "my") collects and uses personal data when you visit jeremyparsons.co.uk (the "site") or contact me through it. I run this business as a sole trader based in the United Kingdom.

Who is responsible for your data

I am the data controller for personal data collected through this site. You can reach me at jeremyparsons.ai@gmail.com for any privacy question or request.

What I collect

This site has no contact forms or accounts. Personal data is only collected when you choose to book a call or make an enquiry through the booking tool, which is provided by GoHighLevel (LeadConnector). At that point you may provide:

  • your name;
  • your email address;
  • your phone number, if you give it;
  • anything else you type into the booking form or send me by email.

My hosting provider, Netlify, automatically processes standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type in server logs in order to deliver and secure the site.

Why I use it and my lawful basis

I use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, arrange and hold calls, and provide the services you ask about. The lawful basis is your consent when you submit a booking, together with my legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running my business. Technical log data is processed under legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.

Who else processes your data

I use a small number of third parties to run the site and bookings. Each only processes data as needed to provide its service:

  • GoHighLevel / LeadConnector - provides the booking widget and stores booking enquiries. This service is operated from the United States.
  • Netlify - hosts the website and processes server log data.
  • Google Fonts - serves the fonts used on the site; your browser requests these directly from Google.

International transfers

Some of these providers are based in the United States, so your data may be transferred outside the UK. Where that happens, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the UK extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Cookies

The site itself does not set cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. The third-party booking tool may set its own cookies when you open it; those are governed by GoHighLevel's own privacy policy.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiry and booking details only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, and to meet legal or accounting obligations. When the data is no longer needed it is deleted.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal data I hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its use, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email me at jeremyparsons.ai@gmail.com.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how I have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. I would appreciate the chance to address your concern first.

Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
